The Royal Mail have now announced the franking prices for 2019. This means that from the 25th March 2019 you will be using the new franking prices for 2019. Royal Mail Franking Prices 2019

Royal Mail have once again increased the prices for a range of services for both stamp, franking and Mailmark users. However 2019 sees franking machine users, especially Mailmark franking machine users, still benefit further from using lower franking prices. The postage discount saved for a Mailmark user has increased for both first class and second class letters and large letters, making Mailmark more beneficial.

A first class letter sent by standard franking will cost 64p when using the franking prices 2019 and a first class letter sent by Mailmark franking will cost 61p when using the franking prices 2019. This means that Mailmark sees a larger franking saving of 3p.

A second class letter sent by standard franking will cost 47p when using the franking prices 2019 and a second class letter sent by Mailmark franking will cost 41p when using the franking prices 2019.
