We will start to dispatch the chips and cards for all customers week commencing 12th March 2018. These may be sent in the post or may be updated via an engineer visit.
As part of the terms and conditions of the Royal Mail Franking Scheme your machine needs to be updated with the latest rates to ensure your mail carries the correct postal costs. Incorrect postage values may result in non delivery of items and Royal Mail will also charge you for each item that has the incorrect price. Royal Mail will charge customers for any letters posted without the correct price – these will be charged the difference plus a surcharge per item for inland mail and for international mail
You will need to manually weigh your item, refer to the Royal Mail franking price list and type the amount in manually or by accessing the Surcharge payment option on your franking machine.
Well demonstrated, friendly and efficient.
Easily installed and the gentleman was very helpful. All information provided and machine demonstrated.
Pleasant installer, seamless transition to our new machine.
Good and friendly service. Thank You.
The machine was installed quickly and efficiently. The operating instructions that Dan gave were very concise and helpful. We are very happy with the machine and the new options that it gives us, e.g. being able to put the company address on the mail going out and setting up different accounts for the two companies.
