How to change the ink on a SendPro Mailstation
Already have a SendPro Mailstation? Changing the ink takes under a minute and needs no tools.

Start the replacement
Tap Settings, then Ink Functions, then Replace Ink. With the new cartridge ready, tap Yes.

Open the door & remove the old cartridge
Lift the ink door by pulling up on the tab. Push the old cartridge down towards the table until it clicks, then pull it out.

Fit the new cartridge
Remove the shipping tape from the new cartridge, then insert it with the label facing you and push it into the slot until it clicks.

Close & confirm
Close the cover and follow the on-screen prompts.
Important: only use approved ink
We have seen a rise in problems caused by third-party (non-approved) ink cartridges. To protect your machine and your service cover, always fit genuine Mailcoms, Royal Mail approved ink.
