Setting up a SendPro Online Account
If you already have a Your Account set up
Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to set up a SendPro Online Account to help send International Mail.
- If you already have a Your Account, go to Your Account Login and sign in.
- Hover over the “Your Products” tab at the top of the page and click “SendPro Online / PitneyShip Pro“.
- Review your account details. If everything is correct, tick the box to accept the Pitney Bowes Terms & Conditions.
- Click “Place Order“.
- After 10–15 seconds, a confirmation screen will appear. Note down your order number (e.g., PBORDXXXXX) in case you need it later.
- Wait 3–7 working days for your SendPro Online license to be processed and emailed to you.

If do not have a Your Account set up
Before you can use SendPro Online, you will require a Your Account. A Your Account is an online portal which allows you to have a complete overview and to manage your franking machine.
- If you do not already have a Your Account, go to Create Your Account and click “Sign up now“.
- Enter your email address in both the “Email Address” and “Confirm Email Address” fields.
- Enter your 16-digit Pitney Bowes account number (no dashes) and click “Continue“. You can find this number on a previous invoice.
- When prompted to confirm your company, select “Serial Number” from the dropdown and enter your 7-digit franking machine serial number. This number can be found on a silver sticker at the back of the machine or on a franked item.
- Click “Submit“.
- Complete the registration form by entering your main contact name (no special characters), a password, and a security question and answer of your choice. Click “Submit“.
- Check your inbox for an email titled “Action Required: Confirm Your Account Email” and click “Confirm my account“.
- Sign in using the login details you just created, then return to step 2 above to complete your SendPro Online setup.
- To reduce paper waste and avoid physical billing charges, go to “Billing & Financials” > “Paperless Billing” and turn on paperless billing.
- To manage email alerts, go to the “Your Account” menu and select “Email Notifications“.
