Mailcoms Ink Cartridge Refill & Reset Service

At Mailcoms, we offer a very unique refill and reset service for a wide range of ink cartridges that we supply. This refill and reset service is very simple to use, but it has previously caused some confusion. As such we have put this blog together for all our customers. Below you will find instructions on what to do as well as a complete list of franking machines that we can offer our ink cartridge refill & reset service for.

Instructions

To begin, you will be required to download, print and complete a refill form. Then you must send your used and empty ink cartridge, along with the completed form, to:

Please ensure you apply the correct Small Parcel’ postage and the cartridge is either in its original packaging or well packaged to avoid damage in the post.

Once received we will test your empty ink cartridge and if the cartridge can be refilled successfully we will contact you to take card payment. Once payment is made we will return the cartridge within 48 -72 Hours. Alternatively, we can issue a pro-forma invoice to enable payment to be made by cheque or BACS.

Your cartridge will be refilled with Royal Mail Approved ink guaranteed to last an equivalent amount of impressions as when it was new.
