3. Postage Costs

4. Print

Finally, place your envelope or franking label into your franking machines printer slot. Now your mail item is ready to be sent out!

There are some extra features available depending on the franking machine you are using, such as adding a time stamp to your mail item and restricting access to your franking machine by creating a PIN password.
