At O'Riordan Bond Estate Agents we currently have 24 sites that all require postal franking equipment and as a constantly growing organisation we need a fast efficient service and personal account management that we can rely on. Having experienced one problem after another and a serious lack of account management with our previous suppliers we lost all trust in their ability to handle our account effectively.

We decided to try Mailcoms Ltd as they seemed to tick all the right boxes and having fitted their machines in a few newly opened branches we straight away noticed a refreshing change. Since the machine installations we are constantly kept informed of the site usages. Any potential issues are identified and provided with a solution before they become a problem. In addition they have also taken away many of the administration headaches which are now handled for us. The equipment provided is ideally suited and is also much cheaper than our previous supplier.We have now decided to switch all O'Riordan Bond sites over to Mailcoms Ltd and look forward to a continued successful business relationship.

Our postal franking machine requirements are very basic but its one of those jobs that needs to be done with a minimum amount of fuss. I need to be able to trust our supplier and leave all our dealership requirements in their hands. Mailcoms Ltd have done just that, we have recently acquired machines for 4 of our sites and the switchover from our previous supplier has been seamless. A problem identified by the Mailcoms representative, with the way we were using our previous equipment was addressed before I was even made aware of it.

This level of service is exactly what we needed, as an added bonus we've received an additional machine for one of our sites and overall our costings have been reduced.

At Mailcoms we were asked to supply a franking machine complete with delivery installation and training within 3 days. A difficult enough task on its own but the order was also to include 4 logos designed, approved and programmed within this time. Whilst this was a challenge we successfully kept to our promise and from receipt of our order on a Wednesday we installed it and trained the customer the following Monday (including logos!!)

As a school we needed better value for money from our postal franking equipment, without compromising the quality of service. With this in mind we approached Mailcoms to investigate alternative options.

Mailcoms carried out an onsite demonstration of an alternative postal franking machine, which was not only faster than our previous equipment but proved to be more suitable for processing our mail. After analysing our total cost of ownership we found that even though the new machine was an improvement the total cost of owning the Mailcoms equipment was much less.

We have now taken delivery, the machine was installed on the date promised with onsite training included and so far we are very happy with our decision to choose Mailcoms Ltd.

The Mailcoms Experience..

Our franking machine requirements are quite simple and having not been content with a number of previous suppliers we felt we wanted to explore some alternative options.

Mailcoms demonstrated equipment that was simple but perfectly adequate for our requirements, pleased with the service and the total cost of ownership we decided to accept their proposal.
