The Home screen is the first screen you see after switching the device on or if you wake it from sleep mode. The Home screen provides the starting point for accessing Envelope Printing.
Tap the Home icon in any screen to return to the Home screen.
Envelope Printing: Tap “Envelope Printing” to print general purpose envelopes, post cards and small parcels.
The Envelope Printing screen is the starting point for printing postage on an envelope or tape. It also allows you to change what you print.
Tap “Envelope Printing” to open the Envelope Printing screen.
On this screen, you can:
1. Postage Balance – View the balance of funds you have left in your device.
2. Date -Tap the date to view the date options.
3. Total postage amount – View the total postage amount.
4. Graphic – Tap Graphic to preview or add graphics. You can also add a custom text message.
5. Print Mode – View the available printing modes such as printing a graphic only, printing the date and time, or seal envelopes without printing postage.
6. Class – Tap Class to view available postal classes and any extra services.
7. Account – Tap Account to charge back postage to departments or clients. Run reports showing how you spent your postage over specific time periods.
8. Preset – Tap Preset to store a group of commonly-used settings. Presets can store settings such as a postage class, an account and a graphic.
