The 'Annual Extras' column is an approximate amount the extras could cost based on a defined daily usage per day, two Royal Mail™ postage rate change software updates per annum and one postage top up / recredit per month. (For explanations and data information see bottom of page)

We have have compiled this comparison based on information given to us from a combination of customers, manufacturers web sites, contacting the manufacturer and manufacturer / supplier price lists. Further details of the data source can be found at the bottom of this page. Manufacturers and suppliers can change their prices up or down or introduce new products that may alter the machines cost of ownership either up or down. * Pitney Bowes Recrediting & Rate Updates

For PostageByPhone (Payment in Advance) a fee of £6 per refill is payable (£9 if payment by invoice).
For PurchasePower (Payment in Arrears) a fee of £5.50 will be applied to refills between £0 and £100, for refills between £101 and £1,300 a fee of £13 will be applied
and for refills above £1,300 a fee of 1% will be applied.

Royal Mail Inland & International rates are available for download at £160 per annum for unlimited changes.
Special Delivery rates are available for download at £30 each per annum for unlimited changes.
Both Royal Mail Inland & International and Special Delivery rates are included with PBInclusive.

** Neopost recrediting charged as Follows:

Re-crediting charges are billed annually in arrears, with charges based on the number of re-credits during the year. In addition, charges are made to reflect the connection cost via phone or LAN: 

Connection via LAN, or a Premium rate phone line (additionally charged at £1.50 per minute for 'IS' Range or via a standard National rate for 'IJ' range, call duration normally less than 1 minute) connection via a standard National rate phone line (duration normally less than 1 minute) actual cost may vary depending on connection and data transfer speeds.
