After years of negotiations and customer service monitoring, Mailcoms have now been awarded independent maintainer status by the Royal Mail. Their rigorous approval criteria is the highest accolade available in our industry and puts Mailcoms as one of the UK's market leading Franking Machine Dealer/Distributors.

This is an accreditation only shared with a handful of other companies across the UK. A major key point of this award was our attention to detail in dealing with service issues. This is vitally important when servicing equipment that essentially prints money. In addition, the Royal Mail are very positive towards our onsite training we give to all our customers, not just for the operation of the equipment but also its application to the Royal Mail postage tariffs.

Royal Mail have also given the unprecedented approval to inspect and maintain many of the most popular franking machines of all the UK approved brands including Frama, Pitney Bowes, Neopost and Francotyp Postalia (FP).
