Watch this video to learn how to check and turn the waste pad in your franking machine.
To check and turn the waste pad please follow the following simple steps:
1. Locate the tray on the side of the machine.
2. Use the handle to pull out the tray.
3. Check the pad and turn around if the opposite corner is clean.
4. If the pad is full, please contact Mailcoms to order a new one.
5. Once the pad has been turned/ changed push the tray back in to complete.
