How to check your postage balance and add postage (credit) to the Quadient IS240 / IS280 franking machine.
How do I check my postage balance on the IS240 / IS280?
Press the Credit button to view your available postage balance on screen.
- Press the Credit button.
- Press OK to select Credit Information.
- View the postage balance information.
- Press the Home button to return to the home screen.
How do I add postage to the IS240 / IS280?
Add postage by connecting to the data centre and downloading credit from the Credit menu.
- Press the Credit button.
- Press the Down button to highlight Credit.
- Press OK to select Credit.
- Enter the amount of postage you want to add.
- Press OK to start the transaction.
- The machine connects to the server and the transaction shows ‘In Progress’.
- A success message is displayed once the credit has downloaded.
- Press the Home button to return to the home screen.
