How do I add a new text message on the IS240 / IS280?

Create custom text messages from Supervisor mode under Text Settings, then name each one for easy selection.

Press the Menu button.
Select Supervisor and press OK.
Enter your PIN code and press OK.
Select Options And Updates and press OK.
Select Text Settings and press OK.
Select Create New Text and press OK.
Enter the new text and press OK for Next.
Enter a name for the text message and press OK.
Press the Sleep/Wake button twice to exit.

Choose a saved message under Customize Stamp so it prints to the left of the franking impression.

Select Customize Stamp and press OK.

Remove a message you no longer need from Text Settings in Supervisor mode.

Select Supervisor and press OK.
