What are Imprint Memories on the IN700?
Imprint Memories are saved presets that store the rate, custom text, slogan and date mode for a type of stamp. On account-activated machines they can also assign postage to a chosen account, so you can recall a full setup in one step.
How do I create an Imprint Memory on the IN700?
Create a preset from Supervisor mode by naming a free slot and setting each preference.
- Log in as supervisor.
- Press Menu.
- Select Predefined Imprint Management.
- Select a line named None in the list and press OK to create a new memory.
- Enter a name for the memory and press OK.
- Set each preference, pressing OK to validate and move to the next.
- Repeat until the new memory name appears in the list.
How do I edit or delete an Imprint Memory on the IN700?
Manage existing memories from the same Predefined Imprint Management screen using EDIT or DELETE.
- Log in as supervisor and press Menu.
- Select Predefined Imprint Management.
- Select the imprint memory from the list and press OK.
- Select EDIT to change a preference, or DELETE to remove the memory.
- Press OK to confirm.
How do I use a Job Memory on the IN700?
Recall a saved job setup from the Job Memories list.
- Press Menu.
- Select Job Memories.
- Select a job memory from the list and press OK – the Mem zone of the home screen shows the current job memory name.
