How do I download an envelope message or logo on the Pitney Bowes DM60?
Follow these steps to download envelope messages, logos, slogans or ad plates to your DM60:
- Press Options once.
- Use the Review ▲▼ keys to scroll to Connect to Pitney Bowes.
- Press Enter/Yes to confirm.
- The display will show Processing … Software Update Required — Please Wait.
- Press Enter/Yes to confirm.
- The display will cycle through: Update 1 of 3 0% (counting up) → Ready Please wait… → Update Please wait… → Graphics installed?
- Press Enter/Yes to complete the download.
How do I select an envelope message or ad plate to print on the Pitney Bowes DM60?

Note: You must select your envelope message image before you can save it as a preset.

- Scroll to Store new preset? and press Enter/Yes.
- The display reads Review settings to be stored?. Press No.
- The display reads Confirm store new preset. Press Enter/Yes.
- The display reads View new preset?. Press No.
- The display reads Stay in Setup?. Press No.
How do I check the correct envelope message is selected on the Pitney Bowes DM60?
Perform a test print to verify your envelope message without using any postage credit:
- Press Menu / Options.
- Press Review (down) until Change Meter Stamp Type? is displayed, then press Enter/Yes.
- Press Review (down) until Print Ad only? is displayed, then press Enter/Yes.
- The display shows Ad: [ad name] — Ad only. Insert a blank envelope to print the message without using postage.
- To select a different envelope message, press Enter/Yes, scroll to a new message and confirm, then insert another envelope. Otherwise, press Clear/Back to exit — when the display reads Return to printing postage? (Yes/No), press Enter/Yes.

How do I add a company logo to my Pitney Bowes DM60?
Logos are downloaded as envelope messages from the Pitney Bowes infrastructure. Connect to Pitney Bowes via the Options menu and select Connect to Pitney Bowes to download available graphics, then select your logo from the Ad menu.
Can I print without postage to test my envelope message on the DM60?
Yes. Use the Print Ad only option under Change Meter Stamp Type in the Options menu. This prints only the envelope message without consuming any postage credit.
Why is my DM60 envelope message not printing?
Ensure you have selected the envelope message from the Ad menu before attempting to print. If no messages appear, connect to Pitney Bowes via the Options menu to download the latest graphics.
How do I set an envelope message to print automatically on every envelope?
Save the desired envelope message as a preset by navigating to Options > Change Setup > Use Preset Setup and following the store preset prompts. The message will then print automatically with every franking.
