How the refill & reset service works
Download, print and complete the refill form, then post it with your used ink cartridge to: Ink Cartridge Refills, Mailcoms Ltd, Units 7-8 Primary Point, Progress Drive, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0JF.
Apply the correct ‘Small Parcel’ postage and make sure the cartridge is in its original packaging or well packed to avoid damage in the post.
Once received, we’ll test your cartridge. If it can be refilled successfully we’ll contact you to take card payment, then return it within 48 to 72 hours. We can also issue a pro-forma invoice for payment by cheque or BACS.
Your cartridge is refilled with Royal Mail approved Mailmark blue ink, guaranteed to last an equivalent number of impressions as when it was new.

How long does the refill and reset service take?
Once we receive your cartridge we test it and, if it can be refilled, we contact you for payment and return it within 48 to 72 hours.

How and when do I pay?
We only take payment after a successful refill. We will contact you for card payment, or can issue a pro-forma invoice for payment by cheque or BACS.
Where do I send my SendPro+ cartridge?
Post your used cartridge and completed form to Ink Cartridge Refills, Mailcoms Ltd, Units 7-8 Primary Point, Progress Drive, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0JF. Apply the correct Small Parcel postage and pack it well.
