Here at Mailcoms we are dedicated to helping the environment. One scheme that we have been using for many years with our customers is our refilling and recycling service that is currently available for the IS420, IS420c, IS440 & IS440c cartridges – both Mailmark and Non-Mailmark. As well as this, if you have ever purchased a IS420, IS420c, IS440 & IS440c ink cartridge from us or if you have ever used our IS420, IS420c, IS440 & IS440c refill reset service, your order was accepted and processed on the understanding that you returned your old IS420, IS420c, IS440 & IS440c ink cartridge for recycling to allow us to continue our popular and cost effective refill & recycle service.
A FREEPOST returns bag should have been enclosed with your order which will have your unique customer number written on the label to identify that you have returned your IS420, IS420c, IS440 & IS440c cartridge. If you do not have a freepost returns bag please let us know by email or phone and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement bag in the post. Reasons to Recycle & Refill Your IS420, IS420c, IS440 & IS440c Ink Cartridges
In 2007 Mailcoms were the first company in the UK to offer a refilling and resetting of franking machine ink cartridges. Over the years we have been able to refill Quadient IS420, IS420c, IS440 & IS440c ink cartridges. Our unique service was designed as an environmentally friendly alternative solution to purchasing original and compatible ink cartridges as it allows us and you to reuse and recycle old ink cartridges whilst saving both the environment and money.
In addition, the Office of Fair Trading even wrote to us to highlight their satisfaction that customers are now given more choice for replenishing their franking ink supplies.
When using our service we will test your ink cartridge to ensure it is reusable, we will then refill the ink cartridge with our own brand of Royal Mail Approved Ink and we will then call you once successful before taking payment for the service.
