Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed is a service for sending important or valuable items outside the UK, with full tracking, a signature on delivery, and compensation cover. It aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and to worldwide destinations within 5-7 working days.

To use this service you can purchase postage online, print the label yourself, and drop your item at the Post Office or a Royal Mail customer service point.

• Aim to deliver to worldwide destinations outside Europe within 5-7 working days.
• International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, as a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply to items sent to Africa or the Middle East.

Sizes and what you can send

Letters

• Maximum weight: 100g
• Maximum dimensions: L 24cm x W 16.5cm x D 0.5cm
• Examples: greetings cards, personal letters and postcards

Large Letters

• Maximum weight: 750g
• Maximum dimensions: L 35.3cm x W 25cm x D 2.5cm
• Examples: magazines, CDs and DVDs

Parcels

• Maximum weight: 2kg
• Maximum dimensions: L 60cm, with length plus width plus depth under 90cm

Tubes and rolls

• Maximum weight: 2kg
• Maximum dimensions: L 90cm; the length plus twice the diameter must be less than 104cm, with the greatest dimension less than 90cm
