Postbase Qi9 Digital Mailing System

The Postbase Qi9 digital mailing system is a mid volume franking machine that is supplied by FP Mailing, one of Europe’s largest suppliers of franking machines. Based on our experience with a very similar model, the Postbase Qi9 is ideal for sending up to 500 items of mail every day. This however is not a limit as more or less can be franked if required.

FP Mailing Postbase Qi9 Digital Mailing System

As a mid volume franker the FP Mailing Postbase Qi9 digital mailing system can frank mail at a quick speed of 85 letters per minute. This is made possible via automatic feeding and it can be achieved on mail items up to 10mm thick. Franking labels are available to frank larger items and benefit from all Mailmark prices.

An integrated weighing scale will enable users to always pay the correct postage on all mail pieces. A range of scales are available to choose from with the Postbase Qi9 digital mailing system. As well as this users will be able to use the machine with tremendous ease as an integrated touch screen comes with all models.

As a standard feature both Mailmark and Smart Meter technologies are integrated as standard with the Postbase Qi9 franking machine. This means that further franking machine benefits can be achieved including lower franking prices, franking a new 2D barcode and using all VAT applicable services.
