The Postbase Qi4 digital mailing system is a low volume franking machine that is supplied by FP Mailing, one of the world’s largest suppliers of franking machines. Based on our experience with a very similar model, the Postbase Qi4 is ideal for sending up to 200 items of mail every day. This however is not a limit as more or less can be franked daily.

As a low volume franker the FP Mailing Postbase Qi4 digital mailing system can frank mail at a slower speed of 45 letters per minute. This is made possible via a pass through feeder and it can be achieved on mail items up to 10mm thick. Franking labels are available to frank larger items, such as parcels.

A personalised logo or slogan can be produced with the Postbase Qi4 model and this can help expand your business name. Up to 10 can be stored on the machine’s memory. Job memories can also be used to store several commonly used jobs. Set up mailing’s quickly at the touch of a button.
