Based on our experience with a very similar model, the Postbase Mini is ideal for sending up to 50 items of mail every day. This however is not a limit as more or less can be processed.

As a entry level franking machine the FP Mailing Postbase Mini digital mailing system franks mail at a much slower speed than other machines. Frank up to 24 items per minute via a manual feeding system. Frank onto any item up to 6mm thick with ease and use franking labels for items thicker than 6mm, such as parcels.

Reach out to your customers when franking a company logo or slogan onto your mail. The Postbase Mini can store up to 10 adverts and this can help increase your customer base. As well as this, businesses can monitor and track mail further with the use of departmental accounts.

The Postbase Mini digital mailing system was designed for ease of use. As such it comes with a 3.5″ touch screen and various one touch functions to make the franking process easier. From the touch screen users can set up their mailing jobs with more ease and convenience. They can also store and access a range of features including job memories and advertisements.
