The Pitney Bowes DI6100 folder inserter is the improved model to the DI4100. It is designed for larger mail volumes and to meet the needs of larger businesses. This modular machine accommodates up to 6 feeders (2 sheet feeders and 4 insert feeders), all of which support scanning.

Process a variety of mail items and at an incredible speed. Up to 2,500 C4 envelopes can be folded and inserted every hour and up to 10,000 standard envelopes per hour. Format both C5 and DL envelope formats and an optional inserting table will allow the processing of A4 flat material into C4 envelopes.

Set up the Pitney Bowes DI6100 folder inserter how you want. Decide which insert or sheet feeder is the main feeder and carry out the mailing process. The operator only loads the feeder that is required, helping to reduce set up time. No training is required with this model, allowing anyone to take advantage of the machine.
