The Postbase Qi4 digital franking machine is very similar to the Qi3 model except the Qi4 comes with a faster franking speed and a larger weighing scale. This model is ideal for users franking up to 200 items per day based on our own experience.

FP Mailing Postbase Qi4 Digital Franking Machine

This can frank mail at speeds reaching 45 letters per minute and onto any mail item up to 10mm thick. Larger mail items can be franked with single franking labels, allowing users to benefit from all Royal Mail prices.

Both Mailmark and smart meter technologies come integrated with the Postbase Qi4 model. Smart Meter is a slightly older piece of technology that allows users to use all Royal Mail VAT services and frank in smart blue ink. Mailmark is a newer piece of technology which brings with it many more benefits including lower franking prices and a new 2D barcode.
