The DM400M digital mailing system is a mid volume franking machine supplied by Pitney Bowes, the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of postage machines. Based on our experience with the DM400M franking machine, it is ideal for sending up to 500 items of mail per day. This however is not a limit as more or less can be processed if required.

As a mid volume franker, the Pitney Bowes DM400M digital mailing system can frank mail at a great speed of 95 letters per minute. This can be achieved on envelopes up to 8mm thick or less, with franking labels being used for any larger mail pieces. Ensure you benefit from all postage rates and always pay accurate prices.

Easily track, monitor and report all postage expenses with the DM400M franking machine thanks to its departmental account feature. This allows as many as 300 accounts to be stored on the machine, or as low as 25 depending on the size of the business. This will enable you to be on top of expenditure.

As well as this the latest franking technologies will ensure every user benefits from franking. Both Mailmark and Smart Meter are standard features with the DM400M digital mailing system and they allow maximum benefits to be achieved. Other features include job memories, an integrated scale and advertisements.
