This can be achieved on envelopes up to 9.5mm thick or less, with compatible franking labels available for larger items. Ensure you benefit from the latest postage rates and always pay accurate prices.

Monitoring the franking machines usage is made simpler with the DM300M’s departmental accounts feature. Track and report all expenditure on up to 25 accounts, which is expandable to 100 or 300. For better security accounts can use PIN code protection to keep postage funds secure.

Inkjet printing is used when franking mail and this will give your mail a crisp and professional image.
