Imprint Memories are saved presets that store the rate, custom text, slogan and date mode for a type of stamp. On account-activated machines they can also assign postage to a chosen account, so you can recall a full setup in one step.

How do I create an Imprint Memory on the IS330 / IS350?

Create a preset from Supervisor mode using Predefined Imprint Management.

1. Log in as supervisor.
2. Press Menu.
3. Select Predefined Imprint Management.
4. Select a line named None in the list and press OK to create a new memory.
5. Enter a name for the memory and press OK.
6. Set each preference, pressing OK to validate and move to the next.
7. Repeat until the new memory name appears in the list.

How do I edit or delete an Imprint Memory on the IS330 / IS350?

Manage existing memories from the Predefined Imprint Management screen using EDIT or DELETE.

1. Log in as supervisor and press Menu.
2. Select Predefined Imprint Management.
3. Select the imprint memory from the list and press OK.
4. Select EDIT to change a preference, or DELETE to remove the memory.
5. Press OK to confirm.
