How to check your postage balance and add postage (credit) to the Quadient IS240 / IS280 franking machine.

How do I check my postage balance on the IS240 / IS280?

Press the Credit button to view your available postage balance on screen.

  1. Press the Credit button.
  2. Press OK to select Credit Information.
  3. View the postage balance information.
  4. Press the Home button to return to the home screen.

How do I add postage to the IS240 / IS280?

Add postage by connecting to the data centre and downloading credit from the Credit menu.

  1. Press the Credit button.
  2. Press the Down button to highlight Credit.
  3. Press OK to select Credit.
  4. Enter the amount of postage you want to add.
  5. Press OK to start the transaction.
  6. The machine connects to the server and the transaction shows ‘In Progress’.
  7. A success message is displayed once the credit has downloaded.
  8. Press the Home button to return to the home screen.
