What are Imprint Memories on the IS240 / IS280?
Imprint Memories are saved presets for your stamp. Each one stores a rate, custom text, ad slogan and date mode under a name and number, so you can recall a full imprint setup in one step. On account-activated machines a memory can also include an account.
How do I create an Imprint Memory on the IS240 / IS280?
Create a preset from Supervisor mode by naming a free memory slot and choosing each imprint setting in turn.
- Press the Menu button.
- Select Supervisor and press OK.
- Enter your PIN code and press OK.
- Select Predefined Imprint Management and press OK.
- Select a slot named NONE and press OK.
- Enter a name for the new imprint memory and press OK.
- Select an Ad Slogan, a Text Message or None and press OK.
- Select the date format and press OK.
- Select the mail class and press OK.
- Select the destination and press OK.
- Select the format and press OK.
- Select any services and press OK.
- Check the summary screen and press OK to validate the memory.
- Press the Sleep/Wake button twice to exit – the home screen shows the new memory name.
Note: An Imprint Memory can include either an ad slogan or a text message, not both.
