Pitney Bowes DI6100 Folder Inserter

The Pitney Bowes DI6100 is a high-volume folder inserter that processes up to 10,000 envelopes per hour and replaces the earlier DI4100. Its modular design supports up to six feeders (two sheet feeders and four insert feeders), all major scanning control marks (OMR, OCR and BRC) and unlimited job memories, making it suited to demanding, compliance-driven mailrooms.

Pitney Bowes have extended its DI4080 & DI4100 folding inserting machines to the new and improved Pitney Bowes DI6080 & DI6100 folding inserting machines. The DI6100 folder inserter replaces the DI4100 and comes with even more features that can meet strict compliance challenges with mail.

Its modular design is built to accommodate more features and as such as many as 6 feeders can be used – 2 sheet feeders and 4 insert feeders. These feeders can handle large volumes of envelopes and this enables more mail to be processed every day. Even the more complex mailings can be processed with tremendous ease.

All scanning technologies are supported with the Pitney Bowes DI6100 folder inserter. This means OMR, COR and BRC control marks can all be used. With this technology businesses can scan any processed item and ensure it gets to its intended recipient. This means if mail is lost it can be easily reproduced.

A 17 inch colour touch screen is available to use and this will allow even more people to use this machine. It is a user friendly interface that comes with visual prompts, making it very easy to understand. The DI6100 folder inserter also comes with unlimited job memories which will allow jobs to be set up quicker and easier.
