How to download and install the latest Royal Mail postage rates on the Pitney Bowes DM300M franking machine.
How do I download the latest postage rates on the DM300M?
- Check that your machine is connected as it would be for a normal postage refill (via LAN or PC Meter Connect).
- From the Home screen, press the Refill Postage key.
- Select Check PbP Balance.
- Select Continue.
- Press the Enter key if prompted.
- The machine automatically downloads and installs the new rates. A series of status messages will display.
- When the download completes, follow the on-screen prompts until you return to the Home screen. Do not switch the machine off during this process.
- You may be prompted to reconnect for a further upload or download — proceed by reconnecting and follow any prompts.
Note: During a rate change period, the server may be busy. If the download fails, try again later or at a quieter time of day.
