How do I download the latest postage rates on the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?

  1. Check that your machine is connected as it would be for a normal postage refill.
  2. From the Home screen, press the Add Postage key.
  3. Select Check PbP Balance.
  4. The machine connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Centre automatically.
  5. When the connection is made, the Add Postage screen appears.
  6. Press No to skip adding funds.
  7. The machine automatically checks for and begins downloading the new rate files.
  8. When the download completes, follow the on-screen prompts until you return to the Home screen.
  9. You may be prompted to reconnect for a further upload or download — proceed by reconnecting and follow any prompts.

Note: Due to the volume of updates during a rate change period, you may need to repeat the above steps or try at a quieter time of day.

How do I update the postage rates on the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?

Rate change downloads typically complete within a few minutes. During busy rate change periods you may need to try more than once, or try at a quieter time of day.
