How to download and install the latest Royal Mail postage rates on the Pitney Bowes DM110i, DM160i and DM220i franking machine.
How do I download the latest postage rates on the DM110i, DM160i or DM220i?
- Check that your machine is connected as it would be for a normal postage refill.
- From the Home screen, press the Add Postage key.
- Select Check PbP Balance.
- The machine connects to the Pitney Bowes Data Centre automatically.
- When the connection is made, the Add Postage screen appears.
- Press No to skip adding funds.
- The machine automatically checks for and begins downloading the new rate files.
- When the download completes, follow the on-screen prompts until you return to the Home screen.
- You may be prompted to reconnect for a further upload or download — proceed by reconnecting and follow any prompts.
Note: Due to the volume of updates during a rate change period, you may need to repeat the above steps or try at a quieter time of day.
