How do I download the latest postage rates on the IS330 / IS350?
The IS330 / IS350 downloads new Royal Mail rates automatically through Online Services. Run a Generic Call from the menu and the machine checks for and installs the latest rates.
- Select the Menu button.
- Press Next Item and select Online Services.
- Scroll down and select Generic Call.
- The machine checks for and downloads the latest rates.
- When the update finishes, press OK to complete.
Note: Around a rate change, the servers are busy. If the update does not complete, try again or run it outside peak times.
