How do I download the latest postage rates on the IN300 / IN360?
The IN300 / IN360 downloads new Royal Mail rates automatically through Online Services. Run a Generic Call from the menu and the machine checks for and installs the latest rates.
- Select the Menu button.
- Scroll down and select Online Services.
- Scroll down and select Generic Call.
- The machine checks for and downloads the latest rates.
- When the update finishes, press OK to complete.
Note: Make sure the machine can reach its network connection before running the update.
