How to download and install the latest Royal Mail postage rates on the Quadient IS240 / IS280 franking machine.
How do I download the latest postage rates on the IS240 / IS280?
The IS240 / IS280 downloads new Royal Mail rates automatically through Online Services. Run a Generic Call from the menu and the machine checks for and installs the latest rates.
- Select the Menu button.
- Scroll down and select Online Services.
- Scroll down and select Generic Call.
- The machine checks for and downloads the latest rates.
- When the update finishes, press OK to complete.
Note: Make sure the machine can reach its connection (telephone or network) before running the update.
