Royal Mail International Signed service explained
Royal Mail International Signed is a tracked-to-the-UK-border, signed-on-delivery service for sending important letters, large letters and parcels abroad. It includes compensation cover and a signature on delivery, and aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and to the rest of the world within 5-7 working days. Cover limits and delivery aims can change, so always check royalmail.com for the current details.
Royal Mail offers a huge range of UK and international services, and International Signed is one of them. Items are tracked from the moment they leave the building within the UK, and a signature is required at the point of delivery, which makes it ideal for sending important letters, parcels or packets to international destinations. To use it, you can buy postage online, print the label yourself, and drop your item at a Post Office or Royal Mail customer service point.
