How to generate reports on the Quadient IN300 / IN360, including user and supervisor reports, the account report, network reports and the piece count.
How do I generate a report on the IN300 / IN360?
Reports are produced from the Reports menu. Users and supervisors follow the same path – choose the report type, set any parameters and select an output.
- Press Menu.
- Select Reports and press OK.
- Select the report type from the list and press OK.
- Enter any parameters the report asks for, such as a date range or account, and press OK.
- Select an available output device and press OK to send the report.
Note: When a report is shown on screen, use the arrow keys to move between pages.
How do I generate an account report on the IN300 / IN360?
Produce an account report from Supervisor mode under Account Management.
- Press Menu.
- Select Account Management and press OK.
- Select Manage Accounts and press OK.
- Select Account Report and press OK.
- Select an output and press OK.
How do I generate network reports on the IN300 / IN360?
The IP Configuration and Proxy reports are produced from the Reports menu and are useful when checking a connection.
- Press Menu.
- Select Reports and press OK.
- Select the IP Configuration or Proxy report and press OK.
- Select an available output device and press OK to send the report.
How do I check the piece count on the IN300 / IN360?
The piece count is shown as Total Items in the Credit Summary report.
- Press Menu.
- Scroll down and select Reports, then press OK.
- Scroll down to Credit Summary and press OK.
- Select Screen – the Total Items figure is your piece count.
