Presets save shipment information so it can be used as a template for printing future labels with the same carrier, packaging, weight, dimensions and shipping services. Cost accounts cannot be stored in presets, and a maximum of 8 presets can be created.
How do I add a shipping preset in my online shipping account?
To add a shipping preset, open Shipping Presets in Settings, add a new preset, then enter its name, packaging and (optionally) a recipient address.
- Select Settings > Shipping Presets.
- Select +Add a New Preset.
- Enter a name for the preset.
- Select the packaging type. If required for that packaging type, enter the dimensions and weight.
- To add a recipient address, select Recipient Address (optional) and enter the address.
- Select Save.
How do I modify a shipping preset in my online shipping account?
To modify a shipping preset, open it from Shipping Presets, make your changes and save.
- Go to Settings cog > Shipping Presets.
- Select the desired preset.
- Make the necessary changes and select Save.
How do I delete a shipping preset in my online shipping account?
To delete a shipping preset, open it from Shipping Presets and choose Delete This Preset.
- Select Settings > Shipping Presets.
- Select the desired preset.
- Select Delete This Preset.
How do I change the order of my shipping presets?
To change the order your presets appear in, drag them into position on the Shipping Presets screen.
- Select Settings > Shipping Presets.
- Click and drag the preset icons to the desired positions.

How many presets can I create in my online shipping account?
You can create a maximum of 8 shipping presets. Cost accounts cannot be stored within a preset.
How do I create a shipping preset?
Go to Settings > Shipping Presets, select +Add a New Preset, name it, choose the packaging (and weight/dimensions if needed), optionally add a recipient, then Save.
Can I reorder my presets?
Yes. In Settings > Shipping Presets, click and drag the preset icons into the order you want them to appear.
