At Mailcoms we were asked to supply a franking machine complete with delivery installation and training within 3 days. A difficult enough task on its own but the order was also to include 4 logos designed, approved and programmed within this time. Whilst this was a challenge we successfully kept to our promise and from receipt of our order on a Wednesday we installed it and trained the customer the following Monday (including logos!!)
