Mailstart 2 Reports Support


How to Generate Reports (User)

To generate a report as a User:

1. Press Menu.

2. Select Reports and press OK.

3. A list of available report types is displayed. Select the report type and press OK.

4. Depending on the report type, the system may ask for parameters such as:

- Period of time targeted (begin date, end date).

- Desired account, etc.

- Select or type the required parameters and press OK.

- The Output selection screen is displayed (Output selection varies according to the report selected).

5. Select an available output device and press OK. The system sends the report details to the selected output.

When displaying a report on screen, use the arrow keys to display the different pages of the report.


How to Generate Reports (Supervisor)

To generate a report as a Supervisor:

1. Press Menu.

2. Select Reports and press OK.

3. A list of available report types is displayed. Select the report type and press OK.

How to Generate an IP Configuration Report

To generate an IP Configuration report:

1. Press Menu.

2. Select Reports and press OK.

3. A list of available report types is displayed. Select the IP Configuration report and press OK. The system may ask for parameters.

4. Select an available output device and press OK. The system sends the IP Configuration report details to the selected output.

When displaying a IP Configuration report on screen, use the arrow keys to display the different pages of the report.


How to Generate a Proxy Configuration Report

To generate a IP Configuration report:

1. Press Menu.

2. Select Reports and press OK.

3. A list of available report types is displayed. Select the Proxy report and press OK. The system may ask for parameters.

4. Select an available output device and press OK. The system sends the Proxy report details to the selected output.

When displaying a Proxy report on screen, use the arrow keys to display the different pages of the report.
