IN300/IN360 Postage Support

In order to print postage, credits need to be purchased and loaded onto your franking machine using the credits server.

Only the pre-paid amount can be loaded onto your franking machine.

As supervisor, you can set your franking system to ask for a PIN code for adding credits.

Requirements

• The franking machine has to be plugged into the modem/phone to perform this process

• The loaded credits are added to the Credits Available (Descending Register).

• The franking machine may prompt for a PIN code depending on user settings. Enter the PIN code using the numeric keypad and press “OK”.

• Credits must be available in your Customer Account on the server for download.
