Neopost, Frama & Ptiney Bowes Franking Machine Service and Maintenance
Mailcoms are pleased to anounce their nationwide for alternative service and maintenance cover/agreements for Franking Machines.
As a Royal Mail approved independent franking machine maitainer and inspector Mailcoms can now offer reduced price service and maintenance agreements for franking machines purchased from Neopost, Pitney Bowes,and Frama.
This service also fits well with the OFT objectives in 2005:
In 2005 manufacturers gave undertakings to the OFT which were to:
- open up access to the market for more franking machine suppliers with better price information for customers about the cost of franking machines and their maintenance.
- allow a greater choice of after sales services and maintenance suppliers by removing restrictions on third party supply of maintenance services and by making it easier to become an authorised third party maintainer and inspector.
- increase scope for third party supply of new and second-hand franking machines. remove some restrictions on independent supply of ink cartridges allowing a greater choice of ink cartridge suppliers.
