In line with the governments 'New Deal' initiative Mailcoms have given opportunities to a number of unemployed people to join the team and train to assist our customers on all aspects of using a Mailcoms Franking Machine, Folder / Inserter or Multifunction Copier.

The new additions to the team will ensure we are able to continue to install ALL new machines when our bigger rivals are asking the customers to set their new equipment up themselves. In addition they can offer free onsite training and retraining if required and perform more routine service calls.

They will also free up and assist our engineers who can continue to maintain an average response time of less than 4 working hours.
