As we do not operate with commission paid sales representatives we've been able to invest in employing more customer service executives to assist our customers on all aspects of using a Mailcoms Franking Machine, Folder / Inserter or Multifunction Copier.
The new additions to our team will ensure we are able to continue installing ALL new machines when our larger rivals are asking the customers to set their new equipment up themselves in a drive to maximize profits
This extra manpower also enables us to speed up service call out times and perform more routine service calls to avoid problems rising in the first instance.
